Spot cleaning carpet stains

Most stains can be removed with soapy water. Treat immediately and always blot instead of rub. To treat the following stubborn stains: Blood, berries, candy, chocolate, coffee- dab on 3% hydrogen peroxide with soft towel. Pet urine, beer- mix 1 cup of white vinegar and 1 cup water in spray bottle; mist stain, blot and rinse. Wax, crayon, lotion, ink, makeup- dampen with rubbing alcohol using towel or cotton ball.
