Preparing for fall

This month, remember to "fall-back" and change your clock. Remember to replace smoke-alarm batteries. Clean your chimney to prevent buildup of combustible creosote. Have your heating system inspected. Make sure your attic is well insulated. Have your roof inspected in case of possible leaks or damage. Caulk or weatherstrip windows and doors to cut down on drafts.
